Monday in Micro-Minutes
Woke up with another migraine. I'm starting to really get tired of this nonsense. Anyway, it's not too bad this morning, just annoying and is making me feel a little queasy. The thought of breakfast is still grossing me out, but coffee is doing the trick. Maybe the caffeine will help. My left shoulder has gotten into the action too, so maybe it's as simple as me sleeping wrong.
Because of this, I am utterly unmotivated to move today, so I'm taking things in micro bits. Unload the dishwasher, take a break. Do a load of laundry, take a break. Walk the dogs, take a break. I'm working at a snail's pace, but at least I'm still moving forward.
The goodies I got from Amazon over the weekend are already being utilized. I've been taking the new Omega-7 vitamins and I also got one of the Braille books I ordered. The eye drops and the Braille book I think will be most helpful are still over a week away. I don't know why I tend to study better when I own a book rather than check it out from the library, but I'm studying and it's going okay. This is the one I'm using now:
It is gorgeous outside today. If my head is still bugging me this afternoon, maybe I'll soak up a little Vitamin D & take a power nap on the patio. I have to be careful in the sun, but I'm not as sensitive as some other folks with lupus are so I can usually tolerate up to an hour at a time.
Before I melt into this chair, I should start humaning in earnest today. I'd love to have two productive weeks in a row. Have a wonderful new week! ♥
